Granting the Prize: 
The Prize is granted annually. It will be held if it is not deserved by any body. If more than one research were equal in evaluation, the Prize should be equally divided.

Research and nomination conditions: 
The research must be distinguished in its topic.
It must be deep, serious, accurately documented and safety approached.
It must be written in correct Arabic, but the researches that handle pure and applied sciences, it can be written in other languages.
The research must be submitted to the scientific research commission on the specified time, by this commission.
Ten copies of the research must be presented to the commission.
The scientific biography of the researcher along with his other works plus three copies of each shall be presented.
The commission shall not be committed to return the researches and papers presented by the researcher whether he wins or not.

The Prize Commission Tasks:
Proposing the Prize scope and subjects, every year.
Receiving and evaluating the researches and studies nominated for the Prize.
Suggesting competent arbitrators, determining their rewards and the term of their cooperation to get benefited from them in the nominations study and evaluations to know the extent of their adequacy to the Prize subject.
Forwarding recommendations to the Institution Trustees Board.
The head of the coordination, correspondence, communication call, invites for holding the commission meetings and other related actions.
The commission submits to the institution trustees’ board, an annual report concerning its actions, annually or as required.
